You can move a booking yourself until 12:00 the day before: to another day, another time or another room.

Open your booking page (the link is in your confirmation e-mail) and choose Move booking. It lists the times you can move to and tells you if the price changes.

After 12:00 the day before, a booking cannot be moved.

Open your booking page (the link is in your confirmation e-mail) and choose Add players: any time until the game starts, up to the number of players the room holds.

The price per person depends on how many you are. The page shows the new total before you save. You pay the difference there by card or gift card, or it goes on your invoice.

More players than the room holds? Book a second room at the same time: Find a time shows all rooms side by side for one day.

Places that are already paid for are not refunded.

If the booking is not paid yet, send us the new number of players and we will update the booking.

• No refunds are given later than 14 days before your booking.
• Instead of cancelling, you can move the booking yourself until 12:00 the day before: open your booking page (the link is in your confirmation e-mail) and choose Move booking.
• If you do not show up, the booking is not refunded.

Still want to cancel?

The confirmation is sent as soon as the booking is paid, or right away if you chose invoice. Please look in your spam folder too.

If the payment was not completed within 10 minutes, the booking was cancelled automatically and the time is free again. In that case, simply book it again.

Paid, but still no e-mail?

All of this is on your booking page; the link to it is in your confirmation e-mail.

• Receipt: every payment has a Download receipt button.
• Something left to pay: the page shows the amount, and you pay it there by card or gift card.
• Invoice: companies can choose invoice as payment when booking, with the organisation number and an e-mail address for the invoice. An invoice fee is added.

Need an invoice changed or sent again, or got one you think is wrong?

Open your booking page (the link is in your confirmation e-mail) and choose Use gift card. Enter the gift card number, the day and month printed on the card as four digits (17 March is 1703) and, for a digital gift card, its code.

You can use more than one gift card on a booking, and pay the rest by card.

Does it not work?

We have two locations. The address for your room is in the confirmation e-mail and on your booking page.

Come 15 minutes before your time. If you are late, the game time may be shortened.

The rooms are made for adults and teenagers. Players under 15 need an adult with them.

• A room holds up to 8 players. A larger group splits into teams that play different rooms at the same time.
• Find a time shows all rooms side by side for one day. Book every room you need at the same time, one booking per room.

  Note that our rooms are at different addresses. For the whole group to play in the same place, pick rooms at the same address:

  • Prinsens gate 10A: The Magic School, Order of the Storm
  • Sandgata 26A: The Cure, Behind Bars, Murder at the Circus, Agents of Spectrum, Operation Mindfall, Magic Portal
• The price is per person and depends on how many play in each room.
• Companies can choose invoice as payment when booking.
• For 20 to 100 people, or an event at your own office: Mobile events. All options for companies: Company events.

Need more rooms at the same time than you can book online, or an offer for your group?

The student price (20% off) is for students and pupils and applies every day except Friday and Saturday. Students, please bring your student card.

You see the exact price for your group before you pay, on the booking form.

• The calendar shows the times that can be booked online.
• Please call means the time can only be booked by phone: +47 72 60 00 18.
• Full means the time cannot be booked.

Looking for a time that is not in the calendar?

Buy a gift card. A gift card is valid until the date printed on it.
