We offer rooms ranging from beginner-friendly to expert-level challenges. You may assume that our rooms are suitable for beginners, unless the room’s individual description says otherwise (though this doesn’t necessarily mean that you will make it all the way to the end every time!).

The difficulty level of an escape room is a very subjective experience and is affected by your group’s size, and prior experience with escape rooms. Our Game Masters are always available to provide hints and guidance tailored to your group's needs, ensuring an enjoyable and rewarding experience for everyone.

Our escape rooms are designed for adults and teenagers (15+). However, we have experienced that this can be a fun and exciting game for anyone aged 10 and up, as long as the group includes adults as well. If you are unsure which room to pick for younger customers, please contact our staff.

Yes, you may, but this is not recommended, as the room tends to feel crowded when there are more players than the given limit. There are only so many tasks to complete. Being too many people in a room increases the risk that some players will become passive bystanders instead of active players, which can negatively impact the experience for the group as a whole.

For larger groups, we recommend booking several rooms at the same time and location.

We are usually able to open earlier than the stated opening hours. We may also be able to shift the time of a booking, though this depends on which bookings have already been made on any given day. For this, you need to contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make the arrangements if possible.

We are happy to say that in Sandgata 26A, customers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids are more than welcome. Some of the rooms require us to insert ramps to accommodate this, so please notify us in advance if your group requires such accommodation.

At our location in Prinsens gate 10A the rooms are located on the 4th floor, and the building unfortunately does not have an elevator to accommodate wheelchairs and/or strollers.
