If you are late, the game time might be reduced accordingly.
You can change date and time of your booking until 12:00 the day before your event.
There are no refunds given after 14 days before your event.
In case of no show, you will receive an invoice according to your booked event.
We reserve the right to deny entrance to customers who are visibly intoxicated (No refunds).
